Chief Operations Officer of Planning and Project Delivery Greg Hunsberger manages Brasfield & Gorrie’s preconstruction, scheduling, virtual design and construction, Design Management, and engineering departments. As such, he’s critical to the smooth operation of the front-end project planning necessary to execute projects successfully. He’s also responsible for the teams dedicated to the innovative processes and technology Brasfield & Gorrie implements to bring added value to their offerings beyond the industry standard. One of his keys to project success is planning projects accurately and efficiently to ensure the project execution meets the client’s needs, and the groups Greg oversees all who play a role in that process. 

Greg also serves on Brasfield & Gorrie’s Executive Committee, which represents the overall managing arm of the company, and plays a key role in setting corporate strategy and long-range planning. He was named to ENR’s Top 20 Under 40 list in 2012 and has been directly involved in several large-scale and award-winning projects in his previous roles in preconstruction and project management with Brasfield & Gorrie, including construction of the Georgia Aquarium and Truist Park. Greg’s always had a technical mind fascinated by how pieces click into place to form a greater whole. It makes construction a great fit for him as many details make up a great project just as much as the many people who come together to build it. His building expertise stretches to more than 23 years in the industry.
