Ralph Ted Phillips III, Synergy Development Partners, LLC Co-Founder and President has a lifelong passion for building and construction. Mr. Phillips is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a major in Architecture and specialized minor and certificate in Construction Management. With over three decades of experience, Mr. Phillips is a registered licensed contractor for the state of Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama. As the Co-founder and President of Synergy, Ralph ensures delivery of tangible projects via a streamlined regulated process, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of preconstruction, construction, and post construction phases of each project. 

Mr. Phillips has built and developed more several different construction types and numerous projects during his 30 year tenure in construction that includes banks, industrial warehouses, schools, small office buildings, office and warehouse conversions, churches, apartments/mixed use developments, hotels, condominiums, townhomes, and was a joint venture partner on the iconic canopies at the North and South terminals in the world’s busiest airport, Hartfield-Jackson Atlanta International. 

Mr. Phillips enjoys painting and the world of Art; he loves interior design, music, recreational landscaping, and spending time with his two children (Saxton & Olivia) and wife, April.
